QCTC Inner Court Policies
Special Restructuring Cancellation Policy
(Effective for 2026 Seasonal Transition from March 4 2026 - March 24 2026 Only)

In light of the transition to the QCTC Inner Court seasonal structure, a one-time exception to the standard cancellation policy is being offered. Members who submit a cancellation request through the official form no later than 11:59pm on March 24, 2026 will receive the following accommodation:

The standard 30-day written notice requirement will be waived.

Membership will officially conclude on March 30, 2026.

March 2026 will serve as the member’s final month.

No additional invoices will be issued beyond March 2026.

Requests submitted after 11:59pm on March 24, 2026 will be subject to the standard 30-day written cancellation policy outlined below.

Membership Pause Policy
Pauses do not constitute refunds. Pauses allow a member to forego being billed their designated membership fee for an upcoming portion of the season as outlined below:

Eligibility

Members on a Monthly Fee Schedule: Eligible for up to two (2) month-long pauses per season

Members on a Half Season Fee Schedule: Eligible to pause first half-season period (March-June) if Pause/Cancellation form submitted by February 1st. Eligible to pause second half-season period (July-October) if Pause/Cancellation form submitted by June 1st.

Members on a Full Season Fee Schedule: Ineligible for pauses as full season fee has been paid upfront.

Pause Requirements

All pause requests must be submitted through the official QCTC Pause/Cancellation Form.

Pause requests must be submitted at least 30 days before your next scheduled billing date.

Pauses are not retroactive.

Pause Notes

Half Season and Full Season memberships are prepaid and non-refundable.

If a member pauses their membership for the second half-season period or for the last month of the season, their spot in the QCTC Inner Court will be reserved for the following season.

Membership exclusive benefits such as Open Plays, Member's Clinics, and Members-Only Signature Experiences are suspended during the pause period. Signature Experiences that are open to the public may be attended during a pause

II. Membership Cancellation Policy
Cancellations do not constitute refunds. Members may cancel their QCTC Inner Court Membership subject to the following terms:

30-Day Written Notice Required

Cancellations require 30 days written notice prior to the next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the official QCTC Pause/Cancellation Form.

Email, text message, or verbal notice does not constitute official cancellation.

Billing
-
Members are responsible for all charges incurred prior to the effective cancellation date.

No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused benefits.

All memberships (Monthly, Half-Season, and Full Season) are non-refundable.

Effective Date

Membership remains active during the 30-day notice period.

Members retain access to benefits until the cancellation effective date.

III. Membership Pause/Cancellation Form
By submitting the Pause/Cancellation Form, you confirm that:

You understand the applicable notice requirements.

You understand that season memberships are non-refundable.
-
You acknowledge that cancellation is not effective until confirmation is received. Your submitted Pause/Cancellation form will be reviewed for compliance with these policies and you will be notified of your confirmed pause or cancellation within 7 days. If your pause or cancellation request does not meet the requirements, you will be notified of next steps.
